Letter to the dean of the faculty on the role of alternative assets

Dear Parents,
many of you are already aware of a draft regulation on standards of pupil assessment, who, against regulations, rules out the board of the class teacher on an alternative to religion, treated as external staff. That regulation denies an untimely and, therefore, clearly a plurality of opinion and goes against the principle of secularity of the state and, consequently, the public school.

This is the text of the letter

"Dear Dean,
would like to express our strong concern about the schedule of rule
chin on" Co-ordination of the existing rules for the assessment of pupils and more detailed rules on the subject, in accordance with Articles 2 and 3 of the Law of 1 September 2008, No 137 with amendments into law October 30, 2008, No 169 ", by way of final approval, particularly with regard to art. 4, paragraph 1, in which equate teachers in charge of alternative teaching the Catholic religion, teachers and experts outside the school may call for the expansion and upgrading of training.
These teachers are in fact so excluded from participation in the assessment made by the class council.
That statement is clearly contrary to the law (DPR n.751 of 16/12/1985, CM No. 316, 28/10/1987, section II), which provides for equal rights and duties of alternative activities for teachers and lecturers Catholic religion. There also seems very serious that so blatantly violates the principle of state secularism and as a result of the public school. Since we are deeply concerned about what is happening in general and in particular this specific issue, as parents of pupils in the school we want to share with you our concerns, confident that you will, if possible, take charge in the manner and form he considers appropriate. "
