Il Consiglio di Istituto del 28 gennaio 2009 ha deliberato in merito alle seguenti questioni:

- Letter of thanks to the Province of Rome for its work
Education Travel
This year, following the invitation of the Ministry to use skills della scuola, la Preside ha costituito una Commissione Viaggi, che ha seguito questo iter interno: i consigli di classe, nella riunione di fine novembre, hanno effettuato la scelta delle località, la Commissione, in base a tale scelta, ha chiesto offerte interpellando sei agenzie. Solo tre hanno risposto e di queste solo due in modo completo. Le offerte sono state raccolte, analizzate e presentate, in un quadro sinottico, al Consiglio d’Istituto.
Le offerte hanno previsto varie soluzioni (aereo, treno, nave, bus); i musei più costosi sono stati segnalati, il tetto di “450 euro pro capite tutto compreso” è stato superato solo dal viaggio in Andalusia; ai preventivi va aggiunto il contributo d’integrazione alle spese di viaggio (8 euro per l’Italia e 22 euro per l’estero). Solo un’agenzia ha presentato un impegno a bloccare i prezzi dei biglietti aerei, solo un’agenzia ha precisato i nomi delle compagnie di bus turistici alle quali faranno riferimento.
I viaggi approvati sono i seguenti:
RAVENNA E PARCO DELTA DEL PO (4 giorni 3 notti) (sistemazione centrale).
TOUR ETRUSCO (3 giorni 2 notti).
ERCOLANO-POMPEI-PAESTUM (3 giorni 2 notti).
EASTERN SICILY (4 days 3 nights) without representation.
EASTERN SICILY (6 days 5 nights) with representation from Syracuse (travel by train leaving from Termini).
EASTERN SICILY (4 days 3 nights) with representation from Syracuse (air travel with recommendation for actual inspection of the supply line of travel).
THE TRAIN IN WESTERN SICILY (6 days 5 nights) (by train from Termini).
WESTERN SICILY (6 days 5 nights) (by ferry).
SICILIA OCCIDENTALE (4 giorni 3 notti) (in aereo, con verifica del vettore previsto).
GRECIA (6 giorni 5 notti).
PROGETTO PASUBIO (6 giorni dal 20/4 al 25/04 2009).
MILANO SCIENTIFICA (3 giorni 2 notti) (alta velocità).
FIRENZE RINASCIMENTALE (3 giorni 2 notti).
LA TOSCANA DEI COMUNI (3 giorni 2 notti).
Per le partenze in treno, per maggiore sicurezza, si è preferita la Stazione Termini alla Tiburtina, anche se c’è una variazione di prezzo e si e’ deciso di evitare le partenze notturne.
Progetti: orientamento universitario
Si è discusso ed approvato il progetto per l’orientamento universitario, dedicato alle II liceali, affidato al dr. Fiorenzo Laghi. Si è pensato anche ad un coinvolgimento, in questo progetto, dell’associazione “Amici del Tasso” in modo da far entrare gli studenti in contatto con persone che hanno fatto i loro stessi studi e che si sono poi realizzati con successo in tanti modi diversi.

The Council approved a draft ministerial educational innovation and educational content on the dispersion in the competition "INNOVADIDATTICA", with the involvement of the schools involved, along with the rate, the ' that is building the high school and middle school Righi Buonarroti.

Renewal Convention cash
The Council approved the conclusion of the agreement for the cash management of the school made in December with the Banca Popolare dell'Emilia Romagna, who made ' most economically advantageous tender.
