CSR has achieved a high level of oversold and usually in these cases the price after you downloaded the oscillator slightly back to make a new low very often in bullish divergence.
So I would not rule out that in the event the bounce does not depart an intermediate but a long cycle t +1 or t +2 going to close the short term or long intermestrale chiarmarlo or whatever you want.
If it bounces the first target is the minimum in February 2010 (20400-20600), which corresponds with the highest degree in May 2009. An interesting level then
