Si fornisce qui di seguito un breve resoconto delle riunioni, tenutesi nei locali della scuola.
L'ordine del giorno prevedeva, oltre alla lettura ed approvazione del verbale della riunione precedente, la discussione sulle seguenti principali tematiche:
1) Modifica al calendario annuale delle lezioni per l'a.s. 2010/2011;
2) Attuazione Programma annuale al 30/06/2010;
3) Spese di contrattazione 2009/2010;
4) Criteri class formation;
5) General criteria for assigning teachers to classes for a. s. 2010/2011;
6) Regulation educational trips;
7) recouping the banks of the laboratory of biology, chemistry and microbiology;
8) Designation of the "Electoral Commission" for renewal of Class Council (Parents and Students) Institute Council (Students) for a. s. 2010/2011;
9) Authorization for distribution to the families of new students, through the secretariat of the letter of the Committee of Parents of the employment rate.
Regarding the first point, the Board approved the advance of ' start of classes Sept. 6, 2010 and suspension of teaching for 14, 15, 16 March and 28 , 29, 30 April 2011 .
On the points 2 and 3, the Council approved the implementation of the annual program in 2010, to June 30, 2010, and ratified the costs of bargaining 2009/2010, thanks to agreements between the unions and the most representative Head teacher with whom we quantify and allocate the fund of the school between teachers and ATA.
I criteri di formazioni delle classi e quelli per l'assegnazione dei docenti alle classi per l'a.s. 2010/2011 (punti 4 e 5) sono rimasti pressocché invariati rispetto a quelli approvati l'anno scorso (vedi Resoconti del Consiglio di Istituto del 28 maggio e 8 Giugno 2009).
Il Regolamento riguardante i viaggi d'istruzione non è stato discusso e la sua approvazione è stata rimandata al primo Consiglio d'Istituto del nuovo anno scolastico 2010/2011.
E' stata deliberata la spesa per il rifacimento della parte superiore dei banchi del laboratorio di biologia, chimica e microbiologia (punto 7).
